Coastal German Shepherd Rescue

Topaz has been adopted! 02-13-2010

Female about 0 old.

Topaz was rescued on her very last day from a very high kill, rural shelter. She had been found as a stray, and her 4 day hold period was up. How sad is it that this beautiful girl would have lost her life after being "missing" for only 4 days? Such is the reality in most municipal animal shelters.

Topaz is grateful for being rescued and shows it by lathering you with kisses and hugs. She adores children and will make a great family dog. She is the type of girl that could go to soccer games and hang out at the beach with you. Topaz loves other dogs and meets each and every with a smile on her face. Someone will be very lucky to adopt this gem!

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
