Daisy has been adopted! 04-10-2010

Sweet Daisy was kept alive at an LA Shelter by a group of extremely dedicated shelter workers and volunteers. They saw the sparkle in her eye and knew that she deserved the chance to frolick and romp! While we were over capacity and had no business taking on another dog, we could not let Daisy's life slip away.

Daisy is about 5 years old. Originally the shelter pegged her as between 8 - 10, however now that we have had time to meet her and get to know Daisy, we think she is much younger than that. She loves other dogs and lights up when around children. She is an easy going girl who would love a family of her own!

The minimum adoption donation for adults is $375 and the adoption donation for puppies is $500. This amount only partially covers the cost of veterinary care, boarding fees, and other miscellaneous expenses involved in the temporary care and adoption of our dogs and is tax deductible when permitted by law. The adoption donation provides that all dogs will be spayed or neutered, receive current vaccinations, and are microchipped. If not, arrangements will be made on an individual basis ( i.e., puppies who will need to be altered by 6 mos old). Special consideration may be given to those willing to adopt older dogs or dogs with physical problems.
